Il viene liberato dalle tensioni, dai &#8220;blocchi&#8221; fisici e dalle impurità accumulate. Un vero processo di purificazione, in grado di stimolare la nostra capacità di auto-guarigione.</span></span></span></span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: 'Gentium Basic';"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Il 			terzo elemento che contraddistingue questa pratica è il<strong> <em>Vinyasa</em></strong></span><span style="font-size: medium;">, ovvero la consapevolezza di essere presenti nel movimento solo quando quest&#8217;ultimo si unisce al respiro.
